Wild Witch

Born with fire in my spirit
Water flowing through my soul's veins
Sensuality entwined within my bones
A paradox in every breath.

Mind as deep as the ocean's abyss
Heart tender as a dove's gentle song
Strength rising like lava's fiery embrace
Commanding winds, bending to my will

Savage in my essence
Sacred in my existence's dance
Communing with ancient spirits
Guided by Selene and Aphrodite
Nyx and Freya lighting my path.

Fearless of the night's embrace
Gypsy soul, enamored with life's every hue
I surrender to its manifold expressions
Igniting my fires as waters flow freely
Pure free spirit, unrestrained.

Artist...
Poet...
Warrior...
Mother.

Child...
Healer...
Goddess...
Temptress...
Witch.

I see what others overlook
From me you cannot hide
Your light and darkness known to me
Each thought, a heartbeat felt within.

Communing with nature and sun
Sacred blood coursing wild
Hate me...
Fear me...
Ignore me...
But do not obstruct my path
For I am protected by ancient magick
Old Gods alive within and without.

While the world may crumble
Ancient magick stands resolute
Mysterious...
Loving...
Primordial forces coursing deep.

My ancestors burned
Yet their strength dances within
Witches of pure magick
Born of Sacred Blood
Mistresses of life's domain
Friends of moon and sun.

Beyond tales of terror
Love and courage unfurl
Seal earned through every abyss faced
Soul alight with shadows feared.

Witch they call me...
As if the word was an insult
Witch...
Magical being, one with nature's essence
Heart touched by pain yet molded by love's embrace.

Witch...
Beauty born from anguish
Wisdom beyond ages
Truth mirrored in her eyes
Will you dare to meet yourself?
Will you dare to rise?

Witch of ancient arts
Magic as pathway to personal freedom
Breaking chains of imposed yore
Defiantly gazing back
"Witch" they call, and proudly so
Attempts to silence in vain
For I rise like the phoenix
Goddess, wild child, free
You may try to turn me
Yet I shall remain me.

I believe, with quiet fervor, that one soul can shift the course of many. I write not from abstraction, but from the raw immediacy of lived experience and learned studies - from the labyrinth of my own challenges, triumphs, questions and awakenings. In offering the contours of my inner world, I hope to awaken in others a remembrance of their own power, their own unclaimed wholeness.
