From Ego to Essence

What if your true life began the moment you stopped listening to the world, and started hearing yourself?…

Carl Jung taught that beyond the ego lies our essence – the self that is real, unshaken and whole. The recording below, is something I made as an invitation to return to that inner ground, to live from your authentic center rather than the world’s expectations. I hope you contemplate and ask yourself this: “what are you giving up, in order to be labeled good… to fit in?” – your worth should not be up to others to decide – only you can decide how to live in a way that serves your unique being – your mind, body and spirit – that’s coherency… that’s interiority.
