I have always lived between worlds—psychology and poetry, tantra and soul, shadow and light, intuition and intellect. My work is simply the weaving of those worlds into something whole.
I am Sofia, the voice and heart behind Eiros.
My path began within Jungian depth psychology and expanded through tantra, somatic wisdom, and the ancient languages of myth and symbol. Yet it was poetry—and later, my work as an artistic director of emotional photography—that taught me how to see beneath the surface, how to listen for the soul’s tremor, how to follow the delicate thread of what someone is ready, but afraid, to reveal.
People often tell me that being in my presence feels like being seen without being exposed.
That is important to me…

The work I offer has evolved into what I call The Eiros Method: Private Depth Consulting—a prudent, deeply personalized form of inner exploration. It blends psychological insight, somatic awareness, and the creative intelligence of the poetic mind. It is not therapy, not coaching, and not traditional shadow work. I move listening with the sensitivity of a poet and the precision of a trained guide. Together, we explore what has been hidden for protection: the longing, the instinct, the brilliance, the ache.
My background spans psychology, human behavior, tantric philosophy, and the creative arts. Each informs the other. The mind offers clarity. The body offers truth. The poetic soul offers breathing room and wonder.

For this reason, I accept new individuals only through personal referral or by invitation.
