See You In My Dreams

(Rough Copy)

No matter how long or how far I will wait for you
I will carry your memory as I go on
Waiting until you are finally next to me
Till then, I will continue meeting you in my dreams

They label our passions forbidden
But passion is what I am
They say desire is sinful
Yet desire is what you are
They say we have no right to our union
Yet love is who we are

They claim love should only be expressed in a particular way
Limited and restricted just like their souls are
To try to confine such force is but a farce
Love to them is duty, to us it is life

I tried to forget you but life won't let me
It keeps reminding me of who you really are
It keeps telling me not to give up
For within you a beautiful soul hides

Every night you haunt my dreams
The sound of your voice engraved in my mind
Do you know I write for you?
Are you aware of the place you hold in my heart?

Within my dream there is a place only you and I know
Where we freely give ourselves
Without fear
Without boundaries
Without false judgements from puritan minds

As my nails gently caress your chest
I can feel you shivering
Desiring oozing out of every pore

Your lips hungrily meet mine
Your hands exploring everyone of my curves
You pull my robe off
My breasts shamelessly exposed

I want to ride you the way one rides a wild horse
I could end your torture now, but I won't
I want to take my time
To take your breath away as you do mine

I can taste the sweet clear nectar your body offers
Your body feels as if on fire
My body answers your call
As you invade my most secret places
You offer me not just your sacred juices
Not just your body
But your soul

To make love to you is to create sweet symphony
Our feelings and passions rushing through our bodies
Free to be expand our wings as we reach for Nirvana
The echo of our love could be heard all over heaven
For loving you is no fleeting mystery
But a gift I will forever cherish

I believe, with quiet fervor, that one soul can shift the course of many. I write not from abstraction, but from the raw immediacy of lived experience and learned studies - from the labyrinth of my own challenges, triumphs, questions and awakenings. In offering the contours of my inner world, I hope to awaken in others a remembrance of their own power, their own unclaimed wholeness.
